Return Policy

In the unlikely event an item may be faulty or broken due to bad craftsmanship the item may be re-made for the customer. This is not applicable to bad handling, general wear and tear or customer up keep of the item or for a ‘change of mind’ purchase. It is only applicable if the fault is in the craftmanship. Please read my ‘Jewellery Care’ page for hints on looking after your handmade jewellery.

Terms of Service

Please allow 3-15 days for your order to arrive. International orders will take longer due to shipping.

Jane Hodgetts Jewellery is entirely made by hand. Though some products may be available to send at the time of your order, there are times your requested item may need to be custom made. Each item will be made in the order that I receive them. You will be notified via email once your item has been shipped and a tracking number will also be sent.

Standard Australian Post may take up to 5 days as I am based in Tasmania.

Your information is primarily collected for the purpose of providing a service to you and will be used for no other means. I do not hold any credit card data on my server and when using PayPal the payments are processed off this website with a secure (SSL) encrypted connection as required by PayPal.
